Description : Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 on 7 April, 2017, until 06:00 on 10 April, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the B979 Milltimber Brae, Aberdeen, between its junction with the A93 North Deeside Road and the B9077 South Deeside Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route works.
Alternate Route : An alternative route is available via North Deeside Road, St John’s Terrace, Great Western Road, South Anderson Drive, Garthdee Roundabout, Stonehaven Road, Leggart Terrace and South Deeside Road.
