Online consultation being run by the developer
OP109 Woodend, off Culter House Road, is a site in the Local Development Plan for a total of 19 homes.
The developer is now seeking local views, and an online consultation is open via www.strawberry-grange.co.uk
As part of the consultation a question-and-answer session will be held via interactive text via the above website. This will take place on Wednesday 11 November (6-8pm) and provide an opportunity for local residents to ask questions directly or seek clarification on key points.
The consultation closes at 5pm on 4 December.
The developer intends to submit a formal planning application before the end of the year. There will be the standard formal opportunity to comment to Planning once that application has been made.
